The Operating Fiscal Strategy Pty Ltd (“OFSPL”) Internal Dispute Resolution (“IDR”) process has been drafted and implemented in accordance with RG 139, RG 165 (CO/250) of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act. (“NCCPA”)

The Credit Licence is held by David Ross.

UNDERLYING PRINCIPLE

The underlying principle applied to the “IDR” process is an extension of a professional service whereby all clients that are, or ought to be, covered by the Act are treated efficiently, honestly and fairly.

“OFSPL” consider that the spirit of the” NCCPA” extends to those clients and contracts that fall outside the Act itself.

GUIDING PRINCIPLE

The guiding principle where a “complaint” should occur is:

• “OFSPL” undertakes its commitment to resolving the dispute.

• “OFSPL” shall apply appropriate resources including the devotion of intellect and time to supplying solutions and resolving the dispute.

• “OFSPL” shall retain securely all appropriate details contained in any notes, applications, reports, credit files, references, approval conditions, contracts and settlements. “OFSPL” shall further apply itself to the collection of any data or information that may assist in the resolution of any dispute.

• “OFSPL” shall undertake an analysis and fair evaluation of the complaint by way of finding a solution to the issue(s).
